Wishing Windfeldt Well

Many of you may have heard or know about the situation with St. Cloud native and sophomore UND offensive tackle Ross Windfeldt, who had to leave practice and fall camp because he became ill.  The extent and specificity of the illness are unknown to us because of the privacy and the nature of things like this.

Windfeldt was expected to challenge for a spot on the 2-deep depth chart at the right tackle spot this season and if nothing else would have provided some depth at the position.

We understand Ross has been in the hospital for testing and/or procedures lately and we wanted to let him know we hope for a speedy recovery and that we wish him and his family the best in the coming months.

Take care, Ross.
